It could be her. The tombstone is next to Joseph Kurtz's. All it says is "Mother" with the birth and death year. It is to the right of his headstone. I don't know if its her or not, nor do I even know her name. I have to keep in mind that he died October 7, 1907, at the age of 39. Because it was before death certificates were issued, I have no idea what killed him. I do know he was a preacher. This woman's headstone next to him reflects a life span pretty normal then (1872-1940) and since he was born March 3, 1868, their ages would "fit." They are both interred at Vinita Cemetery in Hackett, Sebastian Co, AR If she went to Van Buren Co, who was she living with??....mmmmm. Would love to see both their obituaries.
