Does anyone on the list know who H.I. Falconer and J.P. Durden were in Sebastian Co., AR? Apparently they held an office in the county. I have this line from a biography and would like to know the meaning. "He was D. S. under H. I. Falconer, and D. Assessor under J. P. Durden." Could D. S. be Deputy Sheriff? Could D. Assessor be Deputy Assessor? Thanks Rose
