Helen Ragon Mack, 91, of Texarkana, Texas, formerly of Little Rock, died Thursday, July 13, 2000. She was the widow of Robert L. Mack Sr. She and her husband were longtime residents of Little Rock and members of the Oak Forest United Methodist Church. She had retired from the State Employment Security Division. Survivors include a son, Dr. Robert L. Mack Jr. and his wife, Janice, of Texarkana; two grandchildren, Robin Mack Barfield of Texarkana and Dr. Robert L. Mack III of Jackson, Miss.; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Charlotte Ragon Cone of Little Rock. Billy “Bill” O. Greenlee, 67, of Fort Smith died Tuesday, July 11, 2000, in his home. He was an auditor with the IRS for 15 years and retired as office manager of Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce after 18 years. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War and was a member of Central Christian Church of Fort Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence H. and Lura Fentress Greenlee; and a sister, Betty L. Hoogmoed. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Verna Yancey Greenlee; one son, Keith Greenlee of Rudy; six daughters and four sons-in-law, Cindy and Dewayne Hancock, Kelly Greenlee, and Teresa and Todd Hesselberth, all of Little Rock, Karen Greenlee, Loretta and Dick Dotson and Stacey and James Collins, all of Fort Smith; one brother, Jack Greenlee of Fort Smith; four grandchildren, Jamie Greenlee of Rudy, Rachel and Michael Dotson and Bryce Collins, all of Fort Smith; one step-granddaughter, Adriana Dotson of Miami, Fla., and several nieces, nephews and many friends. Annette Crockett, 50, of Alma died Tuesday, July 11, 2000, in Fort Smith. She was a dosimetrist for Fort Smith Radiation Oncology, a member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, the Eastern Star and the Crawford County Car Club and an auxillary member of the Crawford County District 7 Volunteer Fire Department. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; two daughters and sons-in-law, Charla and Mikel Peters and Ashley and J.B. Alegria, all of Van Buren; her parents, Jean and Luther Spaunhurst of Arkoma; three brothers, Buddy Spaunhurst of Pocola, David Spaunhurst of Arkoma and Ed Spaunhurst of Carol Stream, Ill.; and one granddaughter, Sydney Alegria. Tara Elise Willey, 15, of Fort Smith died Tuesday, July 11, 2000, in Fort Smith. She attended Fort Smith Christian School and was a member of Windsor Park Fellowship Church. She played basketball, softball, ran track, was a cheerleader and was named to Who’s Who Among American High School Students. She is survived by her parents, Tenley and Brandon Willey of Fort Smith; her maternal grandparents, Barbara and George Griffith of Fort Smith; her paternal grandparents, Zana and William Willey of Ruidoso, N.M.; two sisters, Allison and Lauren Willey of the home; and one brother, Matthew of the home. Cassandra “Cassie” Kay Rester, 12, of Fort Smith died Monday, July 10, 2000, at her home. She was a student at Carnall Elementary School and attended Van Buren First Assembly of God Super Church. SHERWOOD — Kenneth A. Duncan, 66, of Sherwood died Wednesday, July 12, 2000, in Sherwood. He was a Baptist. He is survived by his wife, Mabel Young Duncan; one daughter, Belinda Polk of Maumelle; one son, Kenny of Little Rock; and two brothers, Dean of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Frank of Mexia, Texas. CAULKSVILLE — Travis H. Lee, 79, of Caulksville died Wednesday, July 12, 2000, in Paris. He retired from Burt Steel Company, was an Army veteran of World War II and was a member of Caulksville Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife, Lucille; one daughter, Mary Beth Holland of Branch; one son, Eddie of Springdale; and five grandsons. WALDRON — Benjamin Dale Millard, 80, of Waldron died Wednesday, July 12, 2000, in a Waldron nursing home. He retired as a truck driver for Big Pine Lumber Company and was a member of Waldron First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Lorine; two daughters, Rouella Roberts of Hartman and Louanna Smith of Waldron; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. KNOXVILLE, Ark. — Cynthia Renee Alexander, 30, of Knoxville, Ark. died Wednesday, July 12, 2000, in Russellville. She was a member, worship leader and nursery Sunday school teacher at New Hope Church of the Nazarene in Clarksville. She is survived by her husband, Robert; two daughters, Hannah Rose Alexander and Abigail Marie Alexander, both of the home; one son, Seth Acel Alexander of the home; her parents, Ronald and Betty Sarah Green, both of Grand Junction, Colo.; five sisters, Rhonda Green, Bethann Hunter and Lori and Debbie Cole, all of Grand Junction, and Tiffany Green of California; and one brother, Bill Green of Grand Junction. Lawrence L. Denton, 87, of Fort Smith died Thursday, July 13, 2000, at his home. He retired as a conductor for Frisco Railroad. He was a member, treasurer, assistant Sunday school teacher and served on the administrative board, in Joy group and Builders Sunday school class at St. Paul United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Miriam; one daughter, Laura Crowder of Van Buren; one son, James Alfred Denton of Fort Smith; two sisters, Nell Smith and Frankie Casey, both of Russellville; three brothers, Dow of Russellville, Loren of Little Rock and Dale of Wichita, Kan.; six grandchildren, Rickey and Gary Crowder, Darla Bray, Rodney and Tom Denton and Edna Mull; and nine great-grandchildren. BOONEVILLE — Andrew Wayne Khilling, 19, of Booneville died Wednesday, June 28, 2000, in Plainfield, Ind. He was employed at Rockline Industries in Springdale and was an engineering student at the University of Arkansas. He attended First United Methodist Church of Booneville and was a member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers. He is survived by one daughter, Charisma Lynn Khilling of Fayetteville; his parents, Sammy and Linda Khilling of Booneville; his maternal grandparents, George and Bonnie Holt of Dardanelle; his paternal grandparents, Sam and Sibyl Khilling of Magazine; and his fiancee, Christina Becerra of Fayetteville. SUBIACO — Al Baumgartner, 71, of Subiaco died Thursday, July 13, 2000, in Subiaco. He retired as a concrete finisher and was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Betty McAndrew Baumgartner; one daughter, Julie Dye of Fort Smith; one son, Alan of Paris; four sisters, Mag Kleck of Fort Smith, Billie Coupe of Grandview, Mo., Betty Thron of Memphis, Tenn., and Carolynann Jetton of Charleston; one brother, Robert of Charleston; and four grandchildren.
