Ruby Newby FANSHAWE - Ruby Newby, 81, of Fanshawe died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2001, in Poteau. She was a homemaker and the widow of Ezra Newby. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday in First Assembly of God in Wister with burial at Fanshawe Cemetery under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home in Poteau. She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Gloria Branscum; three sisters, Alma Kubistha, Lila Frazier and Lucille Fields; one brother, Foy Wisham; three grandchilren; and three great-grandchildren.
