    1. [ARSebast] Obituary coding
    2. Carolyn (Parsons) Smedley
    3. Just a reminder about the coding on the obituaries that are INDEXED.... If a name follows a female's name in parenthesis ( ) that is her maiden name...if no name is between the parenthesis ( ?) means her maiden name is unknown... If another name follows in the ( ) that is another name she could have had, like another married name. The first city & state shown is the city the person was born in....the last city is the city the person died in.... So if it shows Fort Smith, Ar., the person could have lived in a small town surrounding the area, and there was not a hospital to go to. This is the reason it would be a good question to write me if you think the person is from Oklahoma, but it has Ft. Smith, Ar. at the end of the indexing.
