Thanks to everyone that responded to my question on the obits. I think they are beneficial to the line as a whole, and unless Suzy Johnson, our leader instructs otherwise, we will continue posting. After tomorrow, I will be out of slot for my husband and my anniversary. Suzy usually takes some of the slack up when I can't post. I am still looking for the parents of my grandfather, JOE LEE PARSONS...1866 - 1913...think he was born in Missouri around St. Louis area. Came to Ar. and Ok as a supervisor of the railrad. Lived in McAlester, Howe, Gilliam (AR) . He is buried in Howe, Ok. married to Lew Ida DeHart (McQueen) 1902.
