COY SOUTHERLAND JACKSONVILLE - Coy Lee Southerland, 87, of Jacksonville died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2000, in a Jacksonville hospital. He was a retired broom maker and a veteran of World War II. ORLAND CROWE Orland F. Crowe, 77, of Fort Smith died Wednesday Oct. 4, 2000, in Fort Smith. She was past president of Children's Service League, a founding board member of Fort Smith Art Center, a member of Fort Smith Garden Club and a former school teacher. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and Aldersgate Sunday school class. She was the widow of Ray C.
