Ocie Smith Ocie Smith, 90, Fort Smith, died Saturday, May 5, 2001, in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and was Mrs. Covington Court in 1998. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Paris and was the widow of Harley Smith. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Roselawn Cemetery, Fort Smith under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel, Fort Smith.
