Clarence Brown HEAVENER — Clarence Otis Brown, 89, of Heavener died Thursday, May 24, 2001, in Fort Smith. He was a member of Big Creek Baptist Church. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Zoe Cemetery in Heavener under the direction of Dowden Funeral Home of Heavener.
