Johnny Bowen ODESSA, Texas - Johnny Elbert Bowen, 47, Odessa, Texas, formerly of Pocola, died Tuesday, May 1, 2001, in Odessa, Texas. He was born Oct. 13, 1953, in Oklahoma City. He was a cemetery preneed counselor and a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Pocola and active in the Vision for Life Organization. Funeral will be 10 a.m. today in Trinity Baptist Church in Pocola with burial at Milton Cemetery in Milton, Okla., under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Pocola. He is survived by his wife, Suze; a son, Johnathan Bowen, Pocola; two stepsons, Phillip and Aaron Westmoreland, both of Odessa, Texas; his father, Jack Bowen, McCurtain; two sisters, Lorita Riley, Hartshorne, and Lois Carry, Keota; several nieces and nephews.
