John Cole TULSA - John D. Cole, 81, of Tulsa died Monday, Sept. 11, 2000. He was born May 17, 1919, in Mulberry. Charles Jay Watt, 53, of Fort Smith died Monday, Sept. 11, 2000, in Fort Smith. He was a salesman for the oil field and a Vietnam War Army veteran. MENA - Billy Dick Clark, 80, of Mena died Monday, Sept. 11, 2000, in his home. He was in the Shady Civil Conservation Corps during the 1930s, was an employee of Philpot Motor Co. and U.S. Motors and was a self-employed small engine repairman.
