    3. The following obits appeared in the SWTIMES today: OZARK - Grace Lee (Peg) Burrow, 101, of Ozark died Saturday, Aug. 19, 2000, in an Ozark Nursing Home. She was a registered nurse and a member of both the Ozark Presbyterian Church and United Daughters of the Confederacy. She was instrumental in the start up of Turner Hospital in Ozark and the widow of Isham Burrow, former publisher of the Spectator newspaper.Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Highland Cemetery in Ozark under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.She is survived by several nieces and nephews, including Ann Wewer of Gainesville, Ga., Bob Burrow of Dahlonega, Ga., and John Burrow of Fayetteville. MOUNTAINBURG - Billy Lambert, 54, of Mountainburg died Thursday, Aug. 17, 2000, in a local hospital. He was a Baptist and the widower of Linda Sue Lambert. Funeral service will be 3 p.m. today in Lewis Funeral Chapel with burial at Conley Cemetery in MountainburgHe is survived by one daughter, Linda Faye Lambert of Van Buren; one son, Jeffrey Faye Lambert of Van Buren; his mother, Betty Stout of Mountainburg; three sisters, Lequita Becker of Mountainburg, Melva Torix of Muskogee, Okla., and Sharrion Barnes of Alma; two brothers, Ronald and Donald Stout, both of Mountainburg; and four grandchildren. BLACK SPRINGS - Winnie Bobo, 92, of Black Springs died Saturday, Aug. 19, 2000, in St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center. She was a retired postmaster at Black Springs, owner of Bobo Grocery in Black Springs, a substitute teacher at Caddo Valley Academy and a lifelong member of Mount Gillead Baptist Church in Black Springs. She was the widow of Oscar Bobo. Funeral will be 2:30 p.m. today in Mount Gillead Baptist Church with burial at Mount GilleadCemetery under the direction of Beasley-Wood Funeral Home of Mena.She is survived by two daughters, Irene B. Hayes and Ilene B. Sugeon, both of Black Springs; two sisters, Edna McBrayer and Joy Pearson, both of Longview, Wash.; three grandchildren, Tim Spurgeon of Black Springs, Buckston T. MULBERRY - Beverly E. Daniel, 52, of Mulberry died Saturday, Aug. 19, 2000, in her home. She was a member of Vine Prairie Baptist Church and a resident of Mulberry for 32 years. Robert E. Vannoy, 74, of Fort Smith died Friday, Aug. 18, 2000, in Fort Smith. He was a technician for Boeing Aircraft and a veteran of the Navy, serving in World War II.
