Donna IttyBkShp@aol.com) Catherine Funk WOODLAND - A graveside service Catherine F. Funk, 80, of Woodland, will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, in Willows Cemetery in Willows. She died on Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2000, in Reno, Nev. Mrs. Funk was born in Arkansas on Jan. 4, 1920, to Joe and Nola Turner. She lived in Woodland for the past two years, and was a longtime resident of Willows. She was a homemaker, who enjoyed her family. Her husband, Martin Funk, died on June 6, 1996. Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Jo Page of Wise River, Mont., and Bonnie L. Sher of Santa Monica; and six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 8 to 9 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 24, at F. D. Sweet and Son Mortuary in Willows, which is handling the arrangements.
