    3. BOONEVILLE - Carl Bruce "Jack" Parks, 75, of Booneville, died Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2000, in Booneville. He was a veteran of World War II.Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today at Oak Hill Cemetery in Booneville under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home of Booneville.He is survived by two sisters, Peggy A. Gordon of Booneville and Betty Gene Gwinn of Brighten, Tenn.; three brothers, Kenneth Parks of Greenwood and Bobby Parks and Billy Wayne "G. W." Parks, both of Seminole, Okla. COVE - Edna Self Traw, 66, of Cove, died Monday, Aug. 7, 2000, in Ashdown. She attended the Church of Christ.Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today at Cecil Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Beasley-Wood Funeral Home of Mena.She is survived by her husband, George; one son, Lloyd Self of Mena; one brother, David Allen of Hamilton, Texas; one sister, Louise Price of Wickes; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. William Ray Sutton, 86, of Van Buren died Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2000, in his home. He was a World War II Army veteran and retired from the carpentry business. He was the widower of Thelma Sutton. Funeral will be 10 a.m. today in Ocker Funeral Home Chapel of Alma with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren.He is survived by one daughter, Shelia Tapp of Van Buren; one son, Jerry of Fort Smith; one sister, Betty Honyara of Olympia, Wash.; three grandchildren, April Tapp King of Greenbrier, David Tapp of Van Buren, and Chasity Sutton of Roland. LITTLE ROCK - Pauline Jones Nipper, 78, of Little Rock, died Monday Aug. 7, 2000, in Meridian, Miss. She was a homemaker, and retired from the federal government as a secretary.
