She was born Sept. 11, 1923. She was a homemaker, a member of First Baptist Church in Springhill and the widow of Delles E. Franks.Funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Bailey Mortuary Chapel in Springhill with burial at Springhill Cemetery. She is survived by one daughter, Sharon F. Hardy of Atlanta, Texas; one son, James D. Franks of Charleston; two sisters, Nelvie B. Payne of Walkerville and La Voin Carroll of Katy, Texas; and five grandchildren, Sherri and Kevin Hardy, Susan Polk and Gary and Michael Franks. CHIEU HUYNH VIETNAM - Chieu Kim Huynh, 85, of Vietnam died Sunday, Nov. 26, 2000, in his home. He was a farmer and a business owner.Funeral will be today in Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Mau Thi Nguyen; seven children, Minh of Van Buren, Phuoc and Cuona, both of Australia, and Thong, Chon, Tho and Chi, all of Vietnam; and 30 grandchildren. JEANETTA JENKINS DARDANELLE - Jeanetta Jenkins, of Dardanelle died Sunday, Nov. 26, 2000, in Fort Smith. She was a member of Dardanelle First United Methodist Church and Eastern Star. She was the widow of Roger Jenkins.Funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel in Dardanelle with burial at Graves Cemetery in Delaware. PEARLE GALBRAITH OZARK - Pearle E. Galbraith, 95, of Ozark died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2000, in Ozark. She was born Sept. 10, 1905, in Jewett, Ohio.
