Pool Tucson, AZ ARKANSAS MARRIAGES, 1851-1900 (Update adding Cleveland, Craighead, Union, and White counties) Becoming the twenty-fifth state in 1836, Arkansas was home to hundreds of thousands of residents throughout the nineteenth century. This database now contains marriage records from Cleveland, Craighead, Crawford, Hempstead, Pike, Pope, Union, Washington, White, and Yell counties between 1851 and 1900. Taken from microfilm copies of original county documents, each record provides spouses' names, marriage date, and county of residence.
