George Tucker PANAMA - George Andrew Tucker, 84, of Panama died Wednesday, April 18, 2001, in his home. He was born Aug. 29, 1916, in Hackett. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, a crane operator and worked with the Wichita Police Reserve. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday in Evan & Miller Funeral Home Chapel of Memories in Poteau with burial at Fairview Cemetery in Panama. He is survived by his wife, Marie; three daughters, Lillie Ford of Spiro, Annette Porritt of Panama and Brenda Reyes of Laural, Md.; three sons, George Tucker of Panama, Roy Tucker of Coweta and Gordon Brooks of Lexington, Okla.; two sisters, Vernie Pierce of Panama and Maggie Nefzgar of Barstow, Calif.; three brothers, Hada Tucker of Muldrow, Jack Tucker of Oildale, Calif., and Henry Tucker of Wichita, Kan.; 18 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
