Billy Spicer Billy Spicer Billy Gene Spicer, 60, of Fort Smith died Wednesday, June 13, 2001, in a local nursing home. He was a retired laborer. The body was cremated under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel of Fort Smith. He is survived by a son, Brian of Bentonville; his mother, Laura Jackson of Fort Smith; a sister, Terry Beam of Pocola; six brothers, Benjo Spicer, Mark McFarland and Ricky Jackson, all of Fort Smith, Frank Spicer of Van Buren, Danny McFarland of Uniontown and Jimmy McFarland of Jonesboro.
