Sam, the following is the complete obituary for Pickle: LeRoy Pickle HARTFORD - LeRoy Gene Pickle, 67, of Hartford died Tuesday, June 12, 2001, in a Fort Smith hospital. He was retired from the Union Carbide Corp. He was the chairman of the West Harmony and Hartford Memorial Park Cemeteries, member of Hartford Alumni Association, Hartford FFA Alumni and the Hartford Athletic Boosters. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday in West Hartford Baptist Church with burial at Hartford Memorial Park under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Hartford. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; three daughters, Sherri Langhart of Freeport, Ill., Kim Letterman of Fredonia, Kan., and Natalie Rollins of Costa Mesa, Calif.; three sons, Roy Lee Pickle of Hartford, David Pickle of Grayson, Ga., and Pfc. Ryan Treadway of Freidberg, Germany; his mother, Flora Pickle of Fort Smith; a sister, Irene Pitchford of Fort Smith; two brothers, J. Laverne Pickle of Fort Smith and Kennith Pickle of Greenwood; 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Bob Rosso, Ronald Pitchford, Eddie Daggs, Carl Hoopengarner, Jimmy Dunn and Bob Fouts. The body may be viewed noon to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
