Charlie, the following the complete obit of Philips: Patsy Ann Phillips, 62 of Fort Smith died Monday, June 25, 2001 in Fort Smith. She was a homemaker and hand trimmer with 30 years service for Southwest Die Casting. She was a member of Celebration Jubilee Chruch. Funeral will be 10 a.m. today in Edward Funeral Home Chapel of Fort Smith with burial at Mountain View Cemetery in Hackett. She is survived by a son, Chris Phillips of Fort Smith three sisters, Judy Phillips of Fort Smith, Linda Hale of Blue Mountain and Karen Ashley of Charleston; a brother John Gamble of Hackett, and three grandchildren, Chad, Chelsey and Shase Phillips. Pall bearers will be Jeff Bean, Kyle Hamby, Bryan Gamble, Greg Proctor, Shannon Watts and Gary Fulgham.
