Larry Godwin Larry "Doc" Godwin, 52, of Fort Smith died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2001, in a local nursing home. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a salesman. Memorial service will be 3 p.m. today in Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith. The body will be cremated. He is survived by his wife, Linda; two stepdaughters, Athena Cialone of Fort Smith and DeAnna Pyles of Mansfield; three sons, Gabriel Godwin of Texas, Christopher Ransom Godwin of Ratcliff and Stephen Godwin of Oklahoma; his mother and stepfather, Ruby and William Wilson of Almagardi, N.M.; two sisters, Anita Keith of Ratcliff and Janice Deslongchamps of Almagardi, N.M.; two brothers, John and Gregg Godwin, both of Ratcliff.
