Mildred Dobbs Mildred Dobbs, 87, of Fort Smith died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2001, in Fort Smith. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Fort Smith. Graveside service will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday in U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith. She is survived by her husband, Parham; a son, Stan Dobbs Sr. of Fort Smith; a sister, Mary Pickford of Alhambra, Calif.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
