He was born Oct. 20, 1953, in Carlsbad, N.M. He was in automotive sales. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. today at Old Bokoshe Cemetery Pavilion with burial at Old Bokoshe Cemetery in Bokoshe under the direction of Evans and Miller Funeral Home of Poteau. He is survived by his wife, Suzan; three children, Eric Louis, Lindsey and Laine Brown, all of the home; his mother, Trebreh Brown of Bokoshe; and one brother, Ron Brown of Fort Smith. Minnie Huckey Minnie Virginia Huckey, 78, of Van Buren died Tuesday, March 13, 2001, in a local hospital. She was retired from O.K. Foods and was of the Assembly of God faith. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Dyer Cemetery in Dyer under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel of Fort Smith. She is survived by one daughter, Paula Crandall of Alma; six sons, Marion Leroy and Dennis Ray Huckey, both of Van Buren, Larry Don Huckey of Phoenix, Mark Trenton Huckey of Sparta, Wis., Daniel Eugene Hookey of Mesa, Ariz., and Roger Dave Huckey of Alma; one sister, Margaret Bradford of Bristow, Okla.; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. The body may be viewed from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. today. Clifford Martin CIifford Martin, 57, of Van Buren died Wednesday, March 14, 2001, in his home. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a traffic controller for the FAA. The body will be cremated under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren. He is survived by his wife, Danielle; one daughter, Debbie Hewett of Van Buren; one son, Robert of San Angelo, Texas; two sisters, Betty Dillagry and Frankie Martin, both of Baltimore; and two grandchildren. Mary Brown Mary Agnes Brown, 86, of Van Buren died Wednesday, March 14, 2001, in a local nursing home. She was retired from Garrison Furniture Co., was a member of Cedarville Baptist Church and the widow of James Aubrey Brown. Retha McCann POTEAU - Retha Gipson Barnes McCann, 75, of Poteau died Wednesday, March 14, 2001, in Poteau. She was born March 4, 1926, in Central. She was a retired cosmetologist, attended Norris Baptist Church and was the widow of Oscar "Dick" Barnes and J.C. McCann. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Grace Manor Funeral Home Chapel in Poteau with burial at Oakland Cemetery in Poteau. She is survived by two daughters, DiAnn Adkins of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Shirley Dennis Koeniger of Maysville, Ky.; one stepdaughter, Jenna Huggins of Caddo, Okla.; one sister, Arlena Winters of Roland; 17 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
