HOMER LOGAN Mena-- Homer H. Logan, 83 of Mena, formerly of DeQueen died Thursday, March 22, 2001 in a Texarkana hospital. He was born April 8, 1907 in New Hope. He was a Army veteran of World War II and worked in the Treatment Plant for Weyerhauser Timber Plant. He was a lifetime member of VFW and a member of Yocana Baptist Church. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. today at Mount Joy Cemetery in Daisy under the direction of Hall Funeral Service of Mena. He is survived by his wife, Pansy; two sons, Charles of Texarkana, Ark, and Mike of Mena, a sister India Higgins of DeQueen, a grandson, Brian Logan and two great-granddaughters.
