    3. The following obits appeared in the SW Times, Fort Smith, Ar. today: Edna Hand BUTTE, Mont. - Edna Louise Hand, 87, of Butte, Mont., formerly of Little Rock, died Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2001. She was born May 28, 1913, in Fort Smith. She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Little Rock. She was the widow of George Hand.Mass was Monday in St. Andrew Catholic Church in Little Rock with burial at the U.S. National Cemetery in Little Rock under the direction of Griffin Leggette Healy and Roth in Little Rock. She is survived by her sister, Catherine Barros of Fort Smith; three nieces, Collette Cook of Butte, Mont., Jean Ella Waterhouse of Portland, Ore., and Marina Scott of Rogers; and several other nieces and nephews. Dr. Robert Crotty OKMULGEE, Okla. - Dr. Robert Patrick H. Crotty, 74, of Okmulgee died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2001, in Tulsa. He was a 1953 graduate of Illinois School of Pediatric Medicine and practiced until 1990. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Junior Chamber of Commerce and past president of the Pediatric Association.Rosary will be 7 p.m. today in McClendon Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee. Mass will be 10 a.m. Friday in St. Anthony Catholic Church with burial at Okmulgee Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Mary Louise; two daughters, Maureen Crotty of Tulsa and Patrice Crotty of St. Louis; three sons, William of Fort Smith, Robert of Stilwater and T. Shaun of Oktaha, Okla.; two brothers, Dr. Patrick Crotty of Auburn, Neb., and Dr. J.D. Crotty of Muskogee, Okla.; and nine grandchildren. Floyd Denton MANGUM, Okla. - Floyd Allen Denton, 77, of Mangum died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2001, in Altus, Okla. He served in World War II in the Army in Normandy. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service, was a deputy sheriff of Greer County and was employed by Greer Funeral Home. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, American Legion and a lifetime member of VFW.Funeral will be 1:30 p.m. today in Trinity Baptist Church with burial at Riverside Cemetery under the direction of Greer Funeral Home in Mangum. Susan Westmoreland GRAPEVINE, Texas - Susan Westmoreland, 40, of Grapevine, formerly of Tulsa, died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2001, in Grapevine. She was a 1960 graduate of Mason High School. She was an entertainment coordinator for the Aquatic Center in Coppell, Texas.Memorial service was Jan. 6 in Rejoice Lutheran Church with burial at Parker Cemetery under the direction of Martin Thompson Funeral Home in Grapevine. Ernest Brown GANS - Ernest J. Brown, 91, of Gans died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2001, in Fort Smith.
