    3. Does anyone have any connection with the above names that came into Sebastian Co., ARK from KY about the year 1917 on. My g grandfather Rufus Hill and second wife Rachel Brandenburg Angel Hill came there in 1917. She dies in 1919 but I wonder if some of her children from her first marriage may have stayed in ARK. They would have been Angels.

    3. Jack I had a problem the other day, and it rejected all my obits when I tried to post. I think they are having problems at the HOME level of Rootweb. The only thing I can advise is to try again until it goes through. The system has also SLOOOWED down since Ancestry.com joined with them, I have noticed. If you aren't sending it through on the PLAIN TEXT...go up to your toolbar under "FORMAT" and click on PLAIN TEXT....that might help. That is how all the obits have to be put through...Anything with long messages usually will not go through under the HMTL (or rich text). 3. Hello, I am looking for information on Charles W. PRICE (b. 1814 in GA) married Mary WINNINGHAM (a widow with at least two children) . Charles had a son from a previous marriage to an unknown spouse- William Walter PRICE born 1837 in GA and a daughter Emily E. PRICE born 1839 in GA. Who was their mother? Charles PRICE and Mary WINNINGHAM had at least two children--Mitchell PRICE born 1846 in AR and Lucinda ( perhaps Sulinda) PRICE born 1849 in AR. They were all living in Sebastian County in 1860 with William Walter PRICE and his wife Marena WILLIAMSON. Who were her parents? some family think she may have been married before and that WILLIAMSON was her married name. Some think her maiden name was BROOMFIELD but I have never found any evidenace of that. I am the granddaughter William Walter PRICE's son William Henry PRICE who was born in the old fort at Fort Smith in 1861. William Walter PRICE fought in the Confederate Calvary in the First Choctaw Regt. and fought at the battle of Oak Hill which is better known as the Battle of Wilson's Creek. Any information on any of the above or any suggestions would be appreciated. Melba Bishop
