Mr. Thompson was a truck driver, a veteran of the U.S. Army and a veteran of Vietnam, serving from 1962-1973. Survivors include his wife Ruth "Mickey" Thompson of the home; three sons and four step sons, Richard Lew Jr., Ronald Joe, Sequoyah, Hank, Frank, Scott, and Kenny; three daughters and one step daughter, Betsy, Cindy, Lawanda and Ladonna; one brother, Charlie Thompson of Muskogee; two sisters, Sarah Jane Henson of Hulbert and Anna Belle Bachfink of Catoosa; the mother of his children, Carrie Quinn; 23 grandchildren; numerous other relatives and loved ones; and a host of beloved friends. If I have a land patent from an ancestor living in Sebastian Co. in early 1800s.......and have a legal description of the land.........is there a way to find out what happen to this land? When it was sold.......or probated? I'm trying to find out when my ancestor William Martin left Sebastian Co. I found a land patent for him at the Bureau of Land Management site.
