Hi, I've been looking at your Guthrie line and wondering how far back you go with it? When GrGranpa Ramsey was in the PA infantry during the Civil War, he made a friend named George F Guthrie b. Ill, 1841. Ramsey and Guthrie remained friends for life, going to Illinois, where they married Swank sisters, then Stuttgart, AR. No doubt they were pleased when a Guthrie son (Hollis) married a Ramsey daughter(May). I think some of their descendants even went to CA..coincidence? I wonder if that Guthrie line is related to yours? ron in CA
