Nov 13, 1908 Clay Cole, son of Nathaniel Cole, descendants of pioneer family, passed out of this life on the last day of October and was buried at the Hall. Parson Taylor delivered quite a touching and pathetic eulogy at the grave. The deceased was 31 years old. he was well liked by everyone. Friday Feb 25, 1916 Gilbert V. H. Williams died Feb 12, 1916 at 11:30 O'clock, 75 years and 8 days old when he died. Old Confederate soldier. Lived in Searcy County all his life until Oklahoma was settled up. He married Mollie E. COLE on Feb 17, 1867. One child died in infancy. Two children are deceased of the seveen born to this union--they are Louella McNair near St Joe, leaving a husband and several children, and Emma G. Gellmore who died near Cleverland, Oh (OK??), leaving a husband and three children. Other children are: Moore Williams, Adele Skinner, Valla Williams and Lavicy Esters. Laid to rest in the Cleveland Cemetery, Cleveland, OK .
