McELroy age 84 died at her home at Gilbert. She is survived by four children. They are Mrs. S. G. Wyatt and John R. McELroy of Gilbert, Elliot McELroy of Marshall and G. H. McELroy of Des Ark. ( Note : This is in Arkansas ) Also by 24 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church for 68 years, and was also a member of the Rebekah Lodge. Interment was in the Silver Hill Cemetery, nine miles west of Marshall. This date was listed as 26 June 1925.
