As to Benjamin Tutt, he may have tried to change his identity. Karen Deloach in 2006 says his name is Richard Benjamin "R.B." Tutt. that accounts for him in the 1870 Census, I assume the younger wife Emaline M. is not the first wife? I had understood that Dulcenia Tutt was the daughter of Dave Tutt, who was some sort of a Southern Guerilla during the war.
