Dewayne, I haven't done a lot of research on the Ragland line yet, as I knew several were, but am putting a little leaflet booklet together for the family and will yell (holler style) when I need your help on the Ragland side (if that's ok of course HaHa), however if you are interested in adding to it now I can forward you the email I got/will get from a gentleman who is descendant from Mariah Isabella Ragland who married William Cypert. I did ask him to send his family information and will forward the next email if you want. I think he believes that Isaac Ragland died before the 1870 census, 1867 or 1877.
