    3. Dewayne, I do not find them in the 1870 census, but in the Ragland book he says that last known for Mariah and Lucinda C. Ragland were living with mother in 1870, and Isaac Price Ragland last known living in his mother's home in 1880, Elizabeth and Price are in Wiley's Cove 18880, but I do not find them on the 1870 census. Maybe this Charles James Ragland Jr found them, but he does not say, but I assume they are in Searcy County, but who knows.
