My records indicate that Thomas Greer Delk was born 1 Aug 1837 in Bedford Co., TN and died 11 Sept 1911 in Gilbert, Searcy County. His first (?) wife was Sarah Ann Hendrix (1837-1883) and his second wife Manda C. Gibbs whom he married 9/4/1883 in Searcy County. He first served in Co. K, 14th (Powers) Ark Inf enlisting 5 Aug 1861 and deserting 18 Aug 1862 at Saltillo, MS. He then served in Co. B, 2nd Ark Cav (Union) enlisting 29 Aug 1862 and discharged 26 June 1865.
