Good work Ann, we all have problems with our computers now and then and patience is what is needed, I did suggest to her that she try restarting her computer and she thought that had resolved the issue, but guess it did for only a short time. She most likely has a glitch or a virus and hopefully she will get it resolved, as all members are needed and appreciated.
