Thank you very much to everyone who responded to my search for Eligah Paris Mitchell!! And a special thank you to Faye in TX and James Johnston. I now know a LOT more about the Mitchells and their relations. Eligah's mother was Eliza. She and her husband came from SC through GA before getting to AR. Eligah's brothers were Woodard Little and Elijah Millus. Woodard married Lugena Elizabeth Brown. Mullis married Nancy Caroline Morrison. It appears that his sister Jane married Thomas E. Galyean and sister Ann married Daniel Jones. I'm thinking Ann may have shown up on the 1880 census as Usular. I am searching in the direction of Camden, instead of the ever-mysterious Camlin for Eligah's birth place, and have found an Eliza, but am not quite sure if she's the right one yet. That barely scratches the surface of all of the wonderful information I've received. So, thanks to you all. Gayla
