Hello listmembers -- Thanks to all the helpful information from the last question I now have another one I need help with. (I don't discount any information that I receive even if I already knew it. I don't always think about things from every point of view!) I found on Ancestry.com the civil war pension "application" for John Harper's wife Jemima. However I can't read parts of it because it is so blurry. I would like for someone more knowledgeable than I am to tell me what the parts are so I can fill out form 180 and request his records. Is there some place that has these records that might have a better copy or something that tells me what I am looking at so I can decipher whether I am looking at a date or call numbers. A different question: If anyone has access to a census index for Arkansas for 1880 I would like to know what is listed for James Wesley Carlock.
