    3. Census indexes exist for every state for the 1850, 1860, 1870 census. They have the name, age, county, and township for each person. I know the Arkansas History Commission has these for all of AR as well as several other states. However, they don't do research for folks. I believe Accelerated Indexing (or something like that) did them. Most larger libraries have them.
