Larry, you aren't just kidding!!! I see where 13 YOUNGBLOOD men served in the same 1st Arkansas Calvary, Company K TOGETHER!! They must have won the war singlehanded. Your Theodrick B. Youngblood died right after the war ended in 1869 his widow drew an Invalids pension. And Doctor F. Youngblood drew an Invalids pension in1890 and his widow drew one in 1923 for a minor child. I don't think they needed too many more men in that Company K, of the 1st Ark Cav....with Benjamin F., Doctor F., Francis M.., George, George Q., James H., James P., Jeremiah M.C.,; John, Pleasant, Thoedrick B., William, William, Sr., William Jr. YOUNGBLOOD, all fighting together.........EVERY SINGLE one of them enlisted in Carroll County, Arkansas in July 1862!!!!!!!!!!! It's strange that they had so many different birthplaces listed.. Two born Missouri, Two born Mississippi, Two born Illinois, one born TENN. and all the other didn't know where. I'm glad they fought with our relatives.......................Faye in Tx. ----- Original Message ----- From: Larry Pyshnyjr <lpyshny@hotmail.com> To: <ARSEARCY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, November 17, 2000 12:10 AM Subject: Re: [ARSEARCY] locating family lines. > WITCH COMANPY was he in mine also in the 1st arkansas cav, company k,union > ,doctor youngblood,1st litu, his brother thredict youngblood capt, they made > comapany k 1st arkansas cav out of denver arkansas,in corrall county have > history on 1st arkansas, book > > > >From: "thesandys" <thesandys@email.msn.com> > >To: ARSEARCY-L@rootsweb.com > >Subject: Re: [ARSEARCY] locating family lines. > >Date: Wed, 15 Nov 2000 21:32:29 -0600 > > > >Ooops....also in that Union 1st Ark Cav. unit there was also a Jonathan > >Jimeson > >who served with these other Jameson/Jamison/Jimeson men.
