Very true! My phone CO charges one dollar a month. You have a choice of calling them yourself , and I would suggest you do it. I waited for a week after downloading mine and it still didn't work. I called the phone co myself and it was on that afternoon. also when I got another computer I had to call them again. It is well worth the dollar a month, My girls get upset when they can't get their mother on the phone. Pearl
