Hi James, Thanks for the note...I got my exchange and it lead me to the library to go through Doc Daniel's ledgers....it is quite interesting!!! Now, do you know IF there was a mortality schedule done for period 1880-1900? We have never been able to locate the death date for Reuben Ragland's wife...we believe Nicie Amber (Melton) Ragland died in the 1880's, but, nothing has ever been found!! If you or anyone runs across anything that would give us a clue, I'd appreciate hearing about it!!! Thanks for your good work, James!!!
