    3. Sorry, my message got sent "prematurely"--hit a wrong key! Here is the message I meant to send: ------------------ Hi, Just an update on the e-mail address that Shirley posted last night. The e-mail address listed below for Celeste is incorrect. If that one doesn't work, try celeste_e60@hotmail.com We (Celeste & I) are both descendants of Isaac and Hannah Farris HORTON, through their granddaughter Nancy Ann Horton, who married John H KELLY, in 1830 in Lawrence Co, TN. They were living in Wayne County, TN in 1850, then moved to Searcy Co. shortly after 1850, along with other families that moved at that time. We're still trying to identify Nancy Ann's parents. We have legal documents that state she is Isaac's granddaughter, but we can't establish who were her parents. Any help, anyone???? Nancy was born about 1813 in TN. Here is the rest of Shirley's message: I don't know who put the info on the FTM cd. Here are the first 4 Jack and Tracy VanDolan<vandolah@hotmail.com Debbie Cossey wasserburger<genmaster@mindspring.com Betty Renfroe<brenfroe@cswnet.com Celeste<celeste@gpcom.net Good luck, all, and thanks for any help that someone might give us. 3. I noticed the Kelly name in this message, so I thought I'd ask a couple questions about a Sarah Kelly. Sarah Advert Kelly (b. August, 1869) married William Beavers on 3-10-1887. I have a Lonnie, b. 1890 and a Lissie b. 1894 as their children. William Beavers died sometime before 1900. I think this Sarah remarried to Jessey M. Hodges (b. 3-1829) on 12-25-1899. On the 1900 census, Lonnie & Lissie now have the last name of Reams, so Sarah was possibly married to another man between William & Jessey. We visited Cypert Cemetery in Searcy County in June, 2000 and found a tombstone of Lonie (with a backwards N on the tombstone. We've found quite a few old tombstones with this backwards N on them.) and also a tombstone for Sarah Beavers. There are no dates on the old tombstones--just their names. Do you know anything about this Sarah Kelly or her children? ----- Original Message ----- From: "John & Rita Floyd" <ritafloyd@compworldnet.com> To: <ARSEARCY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, October 25, 2001 11:00 AM Subject: [ARSEARCY] HORTON-----OOPS!! > Sorry, my message got sent "prematurely"--hit a wrong key!
