Asa is the son of Peter Reeves and was b 1812. I list the following as the children of Asa & Charity Baker Reeves. Asa died during the Civil War. Sarah b 1837 Adelissa or Melissa "Lissie" b 1841 Rebecca b 1843 Zebediah "Zeb" b 1844 Jasper b 1845 m 1872 to Mary Stills (info can be found in the Census records) Maria Patsy Reeves b 1849 Deanna b 1859 Jane b 1860 Martha b 1862 Joel Newton b 1866 m Sally (Sarah) STILLS 1890 (have record) Mary and Sally are both daughters of Joshua W. and Mary Guess STILLS and grandaughter of Josiah & Milley STILLS. Josiah was from KY. Again all this can be found in census records and family records. Their is still REEVES and BROWN lines still living in Searcy CO., also the line has the following surnames associated with it PEOPPLES, COLEMAN, SCHRADER.
