My Reeves database contains this: JOEL NEWTON REEVES (son of Asa & Charity [Baker] Reeves) b Searcy Co. AR 1855 m/1 Searcy Co AR bef 1880 EMELINE E ___ b AR 1858. In Calf Creek Township 1880. This marriage probably accounts for the Alice J. Reeves, daughter of Joel Newton Reeves, b Dec 1888. I've not yet had a chance to go thru all the marriage records, cemetery records, and 1900 census for Searcy Co so my information doesn't come down quite as far as your - yet :-))) One of these days I'll find the time <sigh> One other thing I noticed in your emails is that you have Harrison in Searcy Co AR. It's not. It's the county seat for Boone Co AR which was formed, in part, from Carroll Co AR 1869. It's entirely possible that you might find family info in Boone Co records.
