Dorthea Gamel: In your book of Searcy County Obits, is there a listing for Louisa Dean Treadwell, died april 1859? Am not completely sure of the maiden name. In John's pension papers it is listed as Deal but I have found nothing with that name and have been informed that there were families named Dean and am more inclinded to believe that it is Dean. Anyway, she died in childbirth. she was married to John Franklin Treadwell probably in 1858. John was the son of Rev Daniel and Nancy J Lee Treadwell. thanks for looking. Marilyn Parkinson
