Survivors are his wife, Lee Ann Cash Williams, a son, Billy Jim Williams of Novato, California, a daughter, Raccan Williams Chevallier of Berryville AR, a brother Birthel Williams of Turkey, Hall Co TX, two grandchildern and two great-grandchildren. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison AR. Burial will be in Love Cemetery at St. Joe."
