I have just joined this list. My name is Heather Blair, and my great-grandparents were Rufus White Blair (1883-1948) and Bessie Birtie Motley (1886-1987) of Searcy County. Some of you may have known my great aunt, Mary Grace Blair. The family moved to Fayetteville in 1927 or 1928 so that their eldest child, Ray Blair, could attend college. Grandma Bessie believed that at 15, Ray was too young to leave home, so home went with him. Just wanted to say hello. - Heather
