Sheri, there is no Richardson surname listed in the Searcy Co. AR 1850 census. And there is no Edward b KY 1810 nor William b MO 1835 found in the Searcy Co. AR 1860 census. I'd suggest you look for Edward Richardson b KY ca 1810 in Shannon Co MO in the 1850 census there. I say this because his son, William b MO 1835, would have been 15 then and would not yet have been married to Emily Tinker.
