Dewayne, I do not find them in the 1870 census, but in the Ragland book he says that last known for Mariah and Lucinda C. Ragland were living with mother in 1870, and Isaac Price Ragland last known living in his mother's home in 1880, Elizabeth and Price are in Wiley's Cove 18880, but I do not find them on the 1870 census. Maybe this Charles James Ragland Jr found them, but he does not say, but I assume they are in Searcy County, but who knows. Dewayne, I haven't done a lot of research on the Ragland line yet, as I knew several were, but am putting a little leaflet booklet together for the family and will yell (holler style) when I need your help on the Ragland side (if that's ok of course HaHa), however if you are interested in adding to it now I can forward you the email I got/will get from a gentleman who is descendant from Mariah Isabella Ragland who married William Cypert. Dewayne, after looking in my Ragland book I found that this Isaac Ragland was a brother to our Reuben Ragland. And was able to give some information to the man that emailed me.
