Well I sent the first message and didn't finish my thought. When my husband and I were in Scott Co. last summer we were not able to find any of he record books (at the court house) that we needed The person who was working there said she didn't know anything about them. Nothing seemed to have a "real home". Books were here, there and everywhere. Would some one be able to tell me how to find what we need the next time we are there, perhaps asking for a particular person that would be willing to show us around for a few minutes.
